■シリアルコード発行の流れ | Serial Code Issuance Process
- ご購入いただいた際に送信された「ご購入ありがとうございました」というメールに記載されている数字10桁のオーダー番号を半角数字（頭に「0」がある場合それも含みます）で以下のフォームにご入力いただき送信してください。
- シリアルコードはオーダーにご登録頂いたメールアドレス宛に「kizunaai@stores.jp」というメールアドレスから送信されます。迷惑メールフィルター等設定されている場合はメールを受信できるようご設定ください。
- シリアルコードの送信には数分のタイムラグがある可能性がございます。
- 何らかのエラーが発生した場合、メールは送信されませんのでオーダー番号を添えてストアのお問い合わせ窓口よりお問い合わせください。

- Please enter your 10-digit order number (including the leading “0” if any) from the “Thank you for your purchase” email you received when you made your purchase and send it in through the form below.
- The serial code will be sent to your email address registered for your software order from the email address “mailto:kizunaai@stores.jp.” If you have set up a spam filter, please make sure that you can receive emails from this email address.
- Issuance of serial may take up to a few minutes.
- Emails may not be sent or received if an error occurs. Please send an inquiry to https://kizunaai.shop/inquiry with your order number if you have not received an email after a while.
